Before you begin

  • Wash your hands and cleanse the intimate area thoroughly.
  • Lie down during application — the product is best used while reclined.
  • Use one stick per application. First-time users: apply daily for six consecutive days, then three times per week as part of your routine.
Step 01

Unwrap

Unwrap the product from its packaging, then unplug the back cover.

Step 02

Uncap

Remove the protective cap from the applicator.

Step 03

Apply

Insert the protective cap into the applicator and press it to push the gel far back into the vagina.

Step 04

Rest

Remain in a lying position for at least 15 minutes to allow proper absorption of the gel.
